Did you know that your child is a π? It is true, and you, Mom, and Dad, are the supporting cast in this all-ππΊ’ The Principal, their Teacher, and even the Custodian play a significant role in your scholar’s day-to-day Meal Participation. A well-balanced Breakfast and Lunch can make a π of difference, and if your π¨βπ has a positive, healthy outlook about their meal experience that directly affects their success in their LEARNING ENVIRONMENT.
We are all Partners in yourπ§βa or π©βs SUCCESS. And, we want your π¨βπ to have a rich and full-filling NUTRITIONAL EXPERIENCE, and unbelievably, that all begins in the π with a healthy, and well-balanced breakfast.
Does your child come home, head for the kitchen, and tell you that they’re hungry because they skipped lunch because they didn’t like the menu that day?
With your participation in this survey, we can address some of your concerns, and we always welcome your feedback. One part of our program is called theΒ PARENT, STUDENT, TEACHER ADVISORY COUNCIL.Β Β What that means is that we set up a line of communication, a ” team ” approach to your child’s participation in the NSLP.
We are asking for you, and your child to do this SURVEY together, and let us know how we are doing, if you would like to see some menu items added, maybe incorporate a favorite food, maybe add a π₯, OR a different kind of vegetable. Maybe even try something new, like building a Ramen bowl.
